Josh Howle

Joshua T. Howle is a partner at the law firm of Smith Ammons LLC, which has offices in Florence and Summerville, South Carolina. He works from the Florence office, serving clients in both office locations, offering them legal counsel on various personal injury matters as well as:

After obtaining his bachelor’s degree with a major in history from Francis Marion University, Mr. Howle worked as a pharmaceutical sales rep for a few years. He then chose to pursue a career in law and enrolled at the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina, where he became a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.

Earning his Juris Doctor in 2012, Mr. Howle decided to pursue his LL.M. in elder law at the Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. After graduation, he worked for a couple of law firms in the Charleston area before deciding to return to his hometown of Florence to join his current firm. He is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.
