Attorney Andrew C. Barr is a partner with Fulton & Barr, PA, law firm in Greenville, South Carolina. Board-certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocates and possessing more than 31 years of total legal experience, Mr. Barr provides unmatched counsel and support to clients throughout Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson and across the Upstate Piedmont who have suffered injuries or lost loved ones as a result of someone else's negligence or wrongdoing.

A 1986 graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in prelaw, Mr. Barr attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1989. The South Carolina Bar admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit.
