Blake Smith

A managing partner at Parham Smith & Archenhold LLC in Greenville, South Carolina, Blake Smith is an experienced personal injury attorney with nearly three decades in the field. He manages three offices across the state and focuses on cases involving medical malpractice, trucking accidents and nursing home disputes. Additionally, he is dedicated to his clients and works tirelessly to secure fair compensation for them.

Mr. Smith is an alumnus of Clemson University, where he completed his bachelor’s degree in 1993. Subsequently, he earned his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1997, graduating as a Scholar of Merit. The same year, he was admitted to practice law in South Carolina and appeared before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Beyond his courtroom achievements, Mr. Smith contributes to the community by serving on the advisory board for the paralegal program at Greenville Technical College and sharing his sports law knowledge as a volunteer adjunct professor at Clemson University. His professional prowess has been recognized with an AV Preeminent* peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell, and he holds the title of a Cordell Hull Legal Research and Writing Teaching Fellow for the years 1996-1997.
