As managing partner of Parham Smith & Archenhold, LLC, Blake Smith has built a reputation from more than 20 years experience as an effective and professional personal injury attorney. He represents clients all across South Carolina and manages three separate offices of Parham Smith and Archenhold throughout the state.   He focuses on a variety of personal injury issues, including medical malpractice, personal injury, trucking accidents and nursing home litigation.

Mr. Smith is admitted to practice law in the state of South Carolina and before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He took his future career very seriously while in law school. After graduating from Clemson University in 1992, he received his Juris Doctor from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in 1997, where he graduated with honors as a Scholar of Merit.

In addition to the litigation work with his law firm, Mr. Smith serves Greenville Technical College's advisory board for the school's paralegal program, and teaches sports law as an adjunct pro bono professor at Clemson University. He has also received the peer-rated distinction of AV-Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell, and was named as a Cordell Hull Legal Research and Writing Teaching Fellow from 1996 to 1997.

Mr. Smith is an active member of various groups, including the Greenville County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar, the South Carolina Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.
