Eric H. Philpot

Eric H. Philpot is a tireless advocate for his clients, who have been injured due to no fault of their own. A partner at Philpot Law Firm, PA, in Greenville, South Carolina, he helps victims of motor vehicle, slip-and-fall, pedestrian, bicycle, construction and factory accidents obtain the compensation they deserve to get their lives back on track. A 1994 B.A. history graduate of the University of South Carolina, Mr. Philpot attended the St. Thomas University College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1997. Shortly after completing law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Rodney A. Peeples of the Second Judicial Circuit State of South Carolina and gained invaluable insight into the judicial system and its functions. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.
