Ryan L. Beasley

Ryan L. Beasley is the founder of Ryan Beasley Law, which has its offices in Greenville, South Carolina. He focuses his practice on criminal defense, federal crimes, white collar crimes, DUI/DWI, drug violations, sex offenses and civil litigation.

While he primarily represents clients in Greenville and the surrounding areas in criminal defense cases, including DUI cases and white collar crimes, Mr. Beasley has also taken on matters on the other side of the docket and in other disciplines, including personal injury litigation and business litigation. His criminal defense case record includes an impressive range of challenging cases involving federal charges and high-profile individuals.

Mr. Beasley believes his extensive trial experience and strong personal commitment provide his clients with exceptional representation. Although each scenario varies, he strives to reduce the impact and consequences of a legal matter, enabling his clients to resume their professional and personal activities as smoothly as possible. He is licensed to practice in South Carolina and before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.

Born and raised in South Carolina, Mr. Beasley earned his Bachelor of Arts from Wofford College. He then went on to obtain his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable John C. Few, the chief judge of the South Carolina Court of Appeals. He also served as a clerk and assistant solicitor for the 13th Judicial Circuit Solicitor's Office. Prior to starting his own firm, he gleaned invaluable trial experience as a criminal defense attorney at another well-known law firm.

On account of his successful representation of his clients, Mr. Beasley has earned an AV-Preeminent* peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell. In addition to his practice, he is an active participant in professional organizations such as the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the South Carolina Association for Justice and the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Bar Association. He is also a member and former president of the Greenville Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
