Sarah Day Hurley

Sarah Day Hurley is a co-founder of Hurley Law PA, situated in Greenville, South Carolina. Her practice encompasses various legal disciplines, such as business and commercial law, trademarks and personal injury litigation (premises liability, wrongful death and motor vehicle accident cases). Additionally, she is recognized for her skilled handling of litigation and appellate cases.

With a reputation for strategic and effective client representation, Ms. Hurley has demonstrated her advocacy skills in jury trials at every trial court level within South Carolina, as well as in the federal court system. Securing a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and political science from Clemson University, South Carolina, Ms. Hurley completed her doctorate in jurisprudence from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, Washington, District of Columbia, in 1990.
