With 15 years of practice, Zach Weaver has extensive experience trying and litigating cases across South Carolina. As the founder of Weaver Law, Zach has represented individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies in business litigation, probate/estate/trust litigation, and real estate litigation. Zach's cases regularly involve breach of contract, business torts, such as misrepresentation, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty, corporate/LLC breakups, probate and trust disputes, and real estate issues.
Zach has handled cases in courts across the state at all levels, including state court, federal court, and appellate courts. Zach has settled numerous multi-million dollar cases and obtain jury verdicts in excess of $1.5 million. For his experience, reputation, and success, he has received accolades and awards from many, including:

Zach graduated from Clemson in 2006, Summa Cum Laude. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law. He was awarded his Juris Doctor degree in 2009 and served as an editor and member of the Law Review and member of the Moot Court Board.
Zach is also heavily involved in the state’s legal community and has assumed various positions in the South Carolina Bar, including secretary, vice chair, and chair of its Trial and Appellate Advocacy Section.
