Charlie Condon

A criminal defense, personal injury and government relations attorney with Charlie Condon Law, Charlie Condon represents clients in South Carolina. A former district attorney of Berkeley and Charleston counties and an attorney general for South Carolina, he has a wealth of knowledge and courtroom experience on both sides of the aisle to help protect the rights of his clients. His firm is dedicated to providing each client with personalized, individual attention on every case.

Mr. Condon graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in 1975. He then attended Duke University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. Mr. Condon is admitted to practice in the state of South Carolina, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.

A passionate professional who is invested in his practice, Mr. Condon is a member of several legal organizations. These include the South Carolina Bar, the Charleston County Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Bar Association and The South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Throughout his career, Mr. Condon has worked with a variety of organizations, including the Republican Attorneys General Association, the South Carolina Circuit Solicitors’ Association, the South Carolina Securities Commission and the South Carolina Centers of Economic Excellence. He was also listed in The National Trial lawyers: Top 100.
