Edward J. Westbrook

Edward J. Westbrook serves as Of Counsel at the law firm of Rogers, Patrick, Westbrook & Brickman, LLC, located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. A founding member of the firm, he concentrates his practice on personal injury and consumer injury litigation, covering all aspects of:

• Various types of mesothelioma
• Asbestos exposure and associated diseases
• Environmental and natural resource damage
• Complex litigation

Admitted to practice in South Carolina in 1977, Mr. Westbrook also got licensed by the District of Columbia Bar in 1980. He is also authorized to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th and 11th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Graduating from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1974, Mr. Westbrook secured his undergraduate degree and went on to enroll at the University of South Carolina. There, he completed his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 1976.
