Hugh Willcox Buyck

Working from his office at Buyck Law Firm, LLC, in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Hugh Willcox Buyck has been committed to providing reliable defense to individuals and businesses accused of medical malpractice. Before pursuing his law degree, Mr. Buyck completed his undergraduate studies in economics at the University of South Carolina. He then proceeded to enroll at the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, where he further bolstered his understanding of law and honed his trial skills. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1993, and in the following year he was admitted to practice law in South Carolina. He is additionally admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.

Over the past 30 years, Mr. Buyck has adeptly handled intricate legal cases, achieving favorable settlements and verdicts.
