Born and raised in Martinsburg, West Virginia, Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from West Virginia University before graduating in the top 10 of his class at the Charleston School of Law, where he served on the prestigious Charleston Law Review. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable J.C. Nicholson Jr. on the South Carolina Circuit Court, gaining invaluable insight into how judges approach complex legal issues.

Jonathan began his career defending large corporations, hospitals, and insurance companies at a nationally recognized defense firm — experience that now gives him a powerful edge in representing injury victims. He knows exactly how the other side thinks, the tactics they use to minimize claims, and how to counter them effectively. Today, he uses that insider knowledge to fight back on behalf of those who have been hurt through no fault of their own.
