Joseph P. Griffith, Jr.

A former federal prosecutor, attorney Joseph P. Griffith, Jr. partners with the Mt. Pleasant-based Joe Griffith Law Firm, LLC, in South Carolina. Providing dedicated legal service across the state for more than 40 years, he represents clients who have incurred catastrophic injuries due to the faulty or negligent actions of others, and also defends federal agencies and the government in cases involving medical malpractice. Soon after, he gained his license to practice in South Carolina and was qualified to appear before all the state and federal courts of South Carolina, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
