Ryan Andrews

Ryan C. Andrews is a partner at the legal firm, Cobb Dill & Hammett, LLC, located in South Carolina - Mount Pleasant, North Charleston and Summerville. He works out of the Mount Pleasant office, serving clients across Charleston, helping them with legal matters such as:

After earning his Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from the University of South Carolina in 2007, Mr. Andrews enrolled at the Charleston School of Law to pursue his legal studies. During law school, he was the research editor of the Charleston Law Review, the vice president of the Student Bar Association and the president of the legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi. He won many CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and was the recipient of the Michelle Robbins Award for his scholastic achievements and public services. 

Graduating cum laude with his law degree in 2013, Mr. Andrews was admitted to practice the same year in all state courts of South Carolina. His professional memberships include the South Carolina Association for Justice and the American Bar Association. He holds a “Good” rating on Avvo.

Prior to joining Cobb Dill & Hammett, LLC, Mr. Andrews gained experience in litigation and courtroom trials working at a personal injury firm in South Carolina. He joined his current firm in 2014 and was made partner and head of the personal injury and criminal defense division in 2018. He is also actively involved in a pro bono program called the SC Criminal Appellate Practice Project, offering quality legal services to the indigent people of South Carolina.
