Stacy J. Townsend

Stacy Jo Townsend was born and raised in the small town of Williamstown, West Virginia. 

Stacy later moved to Savannah, Georgia to attend and graduate from Savannah Law School, cum laude, where she was an active member in the Real Estate Law Society, Business Law Society, Delta Theta Phi, and Animal Law Society. Thereafter, Stacy earned admission to practice in the State of West Virginia, the Southern District of West Virginia, the State of South Carolina, and the State of North Carolina.  

Before joining The Derrick Law Firm, Stacy represented employers and insurance carriers defending against workers’ compensation claims.  While previously working alongside talented defense lawyers, Stacy gained industry knowledge of defense strategies. Stacy, and The Derrick Law Firm team, look forward to working with you to navigate through your legal issues.
