Ted Sink is the founder of Ted Law: Accident and Injury Law Firm, LLC, which has offices in North Charleston, Greenville, and Myrtle Beach in South Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia. In founding the law firm, he sought to revolutionize the personal injury legal landscape. His vision was to combine the wisdom of traditional law practices with cutting-edge technology, thereby enhancing client communication and achieving remarkable case results. He is tailored to tackle significant legal challenges, evidenced by his success against formidable opponents in high-stakes cases.

His accolades include receiving the Clients’ Choice Award from Avvo, where he is also ranked as a “Top Lawyer.” Additionally, he was a finalist for “Best Personal Injury Lawyer” as voted by readers of the Charleston City Paper. Raised in a military family, Ted spent his formative years in Georgia and South Carolina, surrounded by his family and six golden retrievers. From a young age, he was driven by a desire to confront injustice and assist those disadvantaged by the system. He finds profound satisfaction in aiding individuals to transition from distressing circumstances to significantly more positive outcomes, often accompanied by substantial financial compensation.

Ted's academic credentials are impressive; he holds degrees from Yale University and the Charleston School of Law, where he graduated with honors. His education was further enhanced by training at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and the University of Oxford. During his law studies, he excelled in moot court competitions, earning the title of Trial Advocacy Champion and receiving accolades for Best Opening Statement.
