J. Andrew (Andy) Delaney

J. Andrew (Andy) Delaney serves at the Orangeburg office of Williams & Williams Attorneys at Law, in South Carolina. His legal practice is characterized by a diligent focus on civil litigation, where he adeptly manages cases involving automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability, product liability and professional malpractice.

An alumnus of Orangeburg Preparatory School, Mr. Delaney pursued higher education at the University of South Carolina, earning a degree in finance before his dedication to law led him to receive his Doctor of Jurisprudence credentials at the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law in 2004. After honing his skills in the restaurant and bar industry, he transitioned to the legal field, bringing his pragmatic business acumen to the practice of law.

Joining Williams & Williams Attorneys at Law in 2020, Mr. Delaney became an esteemed member and has enhanced the firm with his extensive 15-year experience with a prominent defense firm in Columbia, South Carolina. His tenure there not only shaped his proficiency in litigation but also saw him actively involved with the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association as a board member.

Mr. Delaney has been consistently acknowledged by his peers, evidenced by his inclusion in the Columbia Business Monthly's list of Legal Elite of the Midlands and his recognition in the Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation-Plaintiffs in 2021.
