Thomas E. Pope is the managing partner of Elrod Pope Law Firm, located in Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Lancaster and Lake Wylie in South Carolina. He works out of his office in Rock Hill, serving clients in the surrounding areas, assisting them with personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, car and trucking accidents, workers’ comp and wrongful death.
After completing his bachelor’s in business management from the Darla Moore School of Business in 1984, Mr. Pope studied law at the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. He is also an honors graduate from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy. Earning his Juris Doctor in 1987, he was admitted to practice law the following year in South Carolina, and before the Federal District Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Actively involved in several community groups, Mr. Pope is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and the Elevation Church in Rock Hill. He also serves on the Criminal Justice Advisory Committee of York Technical College and is the chief volunteer officer for the Boys & Girls Club of York County.
