Meet Andrew J. Johnston, a seasoned attorney with nearly four decades of experience. Andrew’s legal journey began in 1982 when he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in history and German from Emory & Henry University cum laude. He then went on to study law at the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law. In 1985, he graduated with his Juris Doctor and obtained his license to practice law in South Carolina. He quickly made a name for himself as a prosecutor. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Johnston has a tried over one hundred jury trials to verdict along with wide-ranging experience in the legal field. He is a legal strategist amd courtroom tactician.
