Sam Bass

Sam Bass is an attorney with Stewart Law Offices, which has locations in Rock Hill, Columbia, Spartanburg and Beaufort, South Carolina, as well as Charlotte, North Carolina. A 2003 graduate of Washington & Lee University, Mr. Bass obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2008. He also completed the intensive International Chinese Language Program under a full scholarship at the National Taiwan University, where he studied Chinese.

Mr. Bass also received certification as a mediator in 2019, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the U.S District Court for the Northern District of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.

A highly active member of his legal community, Mr. Bass is a member of the American and South Carolina Associations for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Injured Workers' Advocates, the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association, and other local, state and national legal organizations. He also supports his local community through his involvement with the Rotary Club of Spartanburg.
