He navigates the intricate realms of property claims, personal injury, traumatic brain injuries, birth trauma and business litigation, with a particular flair for insurance law, stretching his influence across the state and beyond.
Mr. Oviatt’s diverse portfolio boasts many cases, ranging from personal injury and wrongful death to business contract disputes, eminent domain, tribal law and the complexities of oil and gas litigation. His journey through the legal maze has seen him champion the rights of individuals who have suffered economic setbacks and intangible losses such as pain and suffering due to others' negligence.
