An accomplished civil trial attorney, Steven C. Beardsley is a partner at Beardsley Jensen & Lee. A South Dakota native, Mr. Beardsley attended South Dakota State University as an undergraduate and received a Bachelor of Science in 1975. He then pursued his legal education at the University of South Dakota School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1978. Admitted to practice in South Dakota, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 8th, 9th and Federal Circuits. Mr. Beardsley is an active participant in several American Bar Association committees, and his other memberships include the American Association for Justice.
