Bobbi L. Thury is the co-founder and lead attorney at Legacy Law Firm in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Renowned throughout the region for her proficiency in asset protection planning, she serves a diverse clientele ranging from high net worth families to individuals confronting long-term care costs. Her practice encompasses comprehensive estate planning, the creation and administration of trusts, elder law matters and nursing home planning.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Sciences from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology before completing her Master of Business Administration at the University of South Dakota Beacom School of Business. In 2007, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law, where she contributed to the South Dakota Law Review and served as managing editor. Upon graduation, she clerked for the Second Judicial Circuit of South Dakota and later became a partner at a prominent Sioux Falls firm.
