Jayna M. Voss is co-founder and principal attorney at Legacy Law Firm in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where she advises clients across the region, including Sioux Falls, Mitchell, Yankton and Brookings on comprehensive estate planning, trust and will drafting, elder law and nursing home matters. Raised on a farm near Wessington, South Dakota, Ms. Voss graduated with highest honors in business economics (with a minor in accounting) from South Dakota State University. She earned her J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 1995, serving as a teaching assistant and editor-in-chief of the South Dakota Law Review. That same year, she was admitted to the State Bar of South Dakota and launched her legal career as a clerk for the Honorable Roger L. Wollman on the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
