Over the years, he has litigated in a variety of areas, including bad faith, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, workers’ compensation and wrongful death.

    As a result of successfully obtaining numerous settlements and verdicts in complex litigation, Mr. Heidepriem is the recipient of honors and accolades.     Mr. Heidepriem received a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota. He earned a master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University and obtained his law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law. He is qualified to appear before all South Dakota state courts and several federal courts.
