That same year, the Tennessee Bar Association admitted him to practice, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee.
He is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the American Society for Pharmacy Law and the Fraternal Order of Police.
