Andrew P. Goldstein

Andrew P. Goldstein is the Managing Shareholder at Cole Law Group, P.C., based in Brentwood, Tennessee, where he serves clients in Brentwood, Nashville, and throughout Middle Tennessee. His practice spans a broad range of legal areas, including defamation, divorce, family law, business litigation, immigration, and general civil litigation.

Born and raised near St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Goldstein earned his Juris Doctor degree from Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, Tennessee. He also holds degrees in computer science and political science from Middle Tennessee State University. Mr. Goldstein is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Kentucky and is admitted to all Tennessee and Kentucky state courts, the immigration courts of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Tennessee, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is also a Notary Public.

In his family law practice, Mr. Goldstein’s personal empathy, combined with his legal knowledge, helps his clients navigate these often stressful and demanding matters. Mr. Goldstein also focuses on interstate custody disputes involving complex jurisdictional issues, and cases involving the wrongful removal or retention of children under The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
