Daniel Nesheiwat

Daniel Nesheiwat is an attorney and a partner at The Nesheiwat Law Group, PLLC, which is located in Brentwood, Tennessee. With more than seven years of experience practicing law, he concentrates his practice on criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury and entertainment law. 

Mr. Nesheiwat is a strong and tireless representative for his clients, helping them through every step of the legal process while keeping them fully informed. Graduating summa cum laude and with dean’s list and president’s list honors, Mr. Nesheiwat received his bachelor’s degree from the Florida Atlantic University. He pursued his legal studies at Florida Coastal School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. In law school, he was the recipient of the Law Dean’s Merit Scholarship and a member of the Florida Coastal School of Law Honor Society. 

Licensed to practice in Tennessee and Florida, Mr. Nesheiwat is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and the Supreme Court of the United States. 

At an early age, Mr. Nesheiwat was taught to prioritize helping others and giving back to society through his work. He volunteers his time to support neighborhood drives and to provide special needs patients at the local hospital with academic assistance. He is a well-known and active member of his community.
