Ms. Collins holds a license to practice in Tennessee and Florida. She appears before the United States District Court for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Tennessee; the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida; the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
