Lyndsey A. Letourneau

Lyndsey A. Letourneau is an attorney at Rose Immigration Law Firm, PLC, in Brentwood, Tennessee. Concentrating on immigration law, she represents a broad spectrum of clients from multinational corporations and foreign-invested companies to state-owned enterprises, private domestic businesses and high-profile individuals. After completing her undergraduate studies in sociology and anthropology at Manhattanville University, Ms. Letourneau proceeded to bolster her advocacy skills at Chicago-Kent College of Law. A recipient of the Women's Bar Association of Illinois and Indo-American Bar Association fellowships, she earned her Juris Doctor in 2016. In the same year, she was admitted to practice law in Illinois. Also gaining admission to practice in Tennessee in 2025, she moved her practice to her current firm.

While at law school, Ms. Letourneau clerked at leading law firms, gaining early exposure to the workings of the judicial system. In this role, she drafted, investigated and prepared documents for criminal and immigration-related issues, such as warrantless arrests, search and seizure at traffic stops and in prisons and the immigration ramifications of various sentences. This invaluable experience provided her with an insider’s understanding of how judges analyze cases and reach decisions, allowing her to anticipate judicial thinking and craft far more persuasive legal strategies.
