Adam U. Holland

A managing partner at Duncan, Holland & Fleenor, P.C., in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Adam U. Holland is judicious in his advocacy and expeditious in his efforts to achieve his clients’ goals in contentious legal matters pertaining to family law, business and corporate litigation, personal injury, employment law and probate and real estate litigation, among many others. In addition, he has also handled civil rights matters and criminal defense, and he is a certified Rule 31 mediator by the Tennessee Supreme Court.

Prior to pursuing law, Mr. Holland completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, graduating magna cum laude in 2005 with his Bachelor of Arts degree, and moreover, studied abroad in Germany and Venezuela as well. He went on to enroll at The University of Tennessee College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2009. During his time at law school, he was part of the National Trial Team and the Child Welfare and Adoption Law Moot Court Team. He was also the winner of the 2008 Ray H. Jenkins Mock Trial Competition and inducted into the Order of the Barristers.

With licenses to practice in Tennessee and Georgia, Mr. Holland is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. Within his legal community, he holds memberships in the Tennessee Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association and the Chattanooga Bar Association.
