Michael Kuebler serves as the managing partner at Kuebler and Associates, PLLC, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. With a robust legal career underpinned by extensive experience in construction and business management, he brings a comprehensive, real-world perspective to his practice. Mr. Kuebler began his career trajectory in 1989 after earning an associate degree in construction engineering from Chattanooga State Community College, Tennessee, where he also received Construction Materials Testing and Surveying Certificates. By 1993, he had ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing a commercial general contracting firm that expanded its operations across 13 states, successfully completing over 350 projects spanning the industrial, retail, religious and hospitality sectors.

In 2010, Mr. Kuebler inaugurated a residential and commercial general contracting firm, which continues to thrive. His academic journey continued alongside his professional endeavors, culminating in a Juris Doctor from Nashville School of Law in 2015, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class and was inducted into the prestigious Cooper’s Inn Honor Society.

Mr. Kuebler’s unique background as a seasoned general contractor, licensed in multiple states including Tennessee and Georgia, enriches his legal practice.
