Driven by the ardent passion to help those caught in difficult situations in life, attorney Daniel Mark Nolan practices in the field of personal injury law. The managing partner at the firm Batson Nolan PLC, with offices in Clarksville and Springfield, Tennessee, he is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Kentucky as well.
Established in the field of law for almost three decades, Mr. Nolan has tried cases from a wide spectrum of issues, including not just personal injury but also civil rights, municipal liability, employment disputes and civil litigation in both state and federal courts. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
Apart from being a skilled litigator who fiercely advocates for his clients’ rights, Mr. Nolan is also an experienced mediator who is mindful of the time and resources taken by long-drawn litigation processes. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1989 and went on to secure a doctorate in jurisprudence from the Mississippi College School of Law in 1992.
Furthermore, Mr. Nolan is an active member of the community, serves on the Clarksville-Montgomery County School Board and is the legal counsel for the Tennessee State Soccer Association. He maintains close affiliations with legal associations such as the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys and the American Bar Association. In addition, he is also a licensed Rule 31 Mediator by the Tennessee Supreme Court in the field of general civil and family mediation.
