Joshua L. Rogers

Joshua L. Rogers is a founding partner at Fort, Holloway, & Rogers, LLC, in Franklin, Tennessee. Mr. Rogers represents clients throughout middle Tennessee with family law issues such as divorce, child custody, child support, property division, prenuptial agreements, alimony and more. He is also a Rule 31 mediator. 

Mr. Rogers is aware of the emotional impact a family law issue can have on an individual, and he fights for his clients aggressively inside and outside of the courtroom. Mr. Rogers guides his clients through the entire legal process with professionalism and integrity, keeping them well-informed of the proceedings of their family law matter. 

Mr. Rogers was appointed as Juvenile Magistrate in Williamson County, and presided over delinquency cases and custody matters for 9 years. He was also chosen to be a participant in Leadership Franklin. Having received many top rankings and endorsements from his peers, Mr. Rogers has a Superb rating from Avvo. 

Contributing to Attorney at Law Magazine, Mr. Rogers wrote many articles on important legal issues twice a month. While in law school, Mr. Rogers also worked for the judges of the Williamson County Circuit Court, where he was able to get valuable insight into the legal system and this helped him to effectively represent his clients. 

Mr. Rogers graduated in the top 10% of his class from Brentwood High School in Williamson County and graduated cum laude from Samford University with a bachelor’s degree. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Nashville School of Law and graduated third in his class, because of which he was admitted into the prestigious Cooper’s Inn in the same law school.
