Will Holloway is a founding partner of Fort, Holloway, & Saylor, LLC, in Franklin, Tennessee, where he devotes his entire practice to divorce, post-divorce and paternity matters at both the trial and appellate levels. In addition to representing clients in court, he is certified as a Rule 31 Mediator in Family Law, adding an alternative dispute resolution perspective to his litigation competence.
Born and raised in Columbia, Tennessee, the third of five children, Mr. Holloway graduated from Battle Ground Academy before earning a B.S. in business administration and then his J.D. – with a concentration in trial advocacy and dispute resolution – from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
During law school summers, Mr. Holloway clerked for the Circuit Court judges of Williamson County, an experience that solidified his passion for courtroom advocacy and sharpened his understanding of Tennessee’s family law jurisprudence.
Mr. Holloway’s decision to pursue family law was influenced early on by his father, a respected trial lawyer. That upbringing instilled in him a deep respect for the art of advocacy and a relentless commitment to his clients’ futures. He believes every case demands a bespoke strategy designed to place clients in the strongest possible position as they move forward with their lives. Crafting and executing that strategy remains the most fulfilling aspect of his work.
Peers and clients alike have recognized Mr. Holloway’s skill and dedication. He holds AV Preeminent* peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and a “Superb” score on Avvo. His accolades include the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40, the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys’ Top 10 Under 40 and the American Society of Legal Advocates’ Top 40 Under 40, among many others.
