Lisa J. Gill

Attorney Lisa J. Gill is a owner of Gill Family Law, PLLC in Germantown, Tennessee. Serving the needs and interests of clients throughout Tennessee as well as North Mississippi, Ms. Gill focuses her practice primarily on family law. She also represents clients in probate matters for their nontaxable estates, assisting with issues such as guardianships and conservatorships.

Ms. Gill has extensive experience handling adoptions, termination of parental rights, paternity, juvenile court matters and more. She also serves as a guardian ad litem in both family law as well as probate matters, and she serves as a Rule 31 mediator, where she strives to help her clients resolve their conflicts and reach agreements in the most efficient and amicable manners possible.

A leader in her field, Ms. Gill has served as president of the Association for Women Attorneys' Memphis Chapter and the Mississippi Bar Association's Northwest Mississippi Young Lawyers Division. She has also served as Judicial Reception Chair for the Memphis Bar Association's Family Law Section and as Judicial Forum Chair for the Association for Women Attorneys 2014 Judicial Forum.

Committed to her local community, Ms. Gill volunteers with Oasis of Hope and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and she has served as volunteer ombudsman for the U.S. Department of Labor.
