As founder of the Miles Mason Family Law Group PLC, R. Miles Mason Sr. is an engaging presenter, lecturer and published author representing those in Memphis dealing with issues of divorce and family law. Licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Arkansas, Mr. Mason first earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Alabama before earning a Juris Doctor from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at Memphis State University. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Mason handles all matters of family law, including divorce, child support, child custody, alimony, property division and grandparent rights. As a CPA, he has unique insight into the financial matters that are involved in divorce and custody matters. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the Tennessee Society of CPAs; and the family law sections of the Memphis, Tennessee and American Bar Associations. Previously, he served on the Tennessee Bar Journal’s editorial board and as the chair of the family law section of the Tennessee Bar Association.
