Ali Toll

An accomplished trial attorney in Tennessee, Ali Toll serves people out of her Goodlettsville law firm – The Toll Firm. Handling personal injury litigation in Nashville, Goodlettsville and throughout the state, she covers a broad range of matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, dog bites, wrongful death, premises liability and more. 

Joining Belmont University in 1997, Ms. Toll obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in political science. Apart from being a part of the James Madison Society and the Alpha Sigma Tau, she also served as the university traffic court judge during this tenure. Subsequently, she completed her law degree from the Nashville School of Law and was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 2006. 

A native of Goodlettsville, Ms. Toll has a deep-seated commitment toward helping the victims of personal injury that drives her each day. During her 10-year tenure as a defense litigator, she gained invaluable insights into the defense realm, understanding the strategies employed by insurance companies. She served a large personal injury firm for over four years, sharpening her litigation skills and gaining experience in the field of personal injury. 

Establishing her own firm in 2021, Ms. Toll aims to offer high-quality legal services to people with a warm and compassionate approach, giving her an “Excellent” rating on Avvo. She measures success by the impact she is able to make in the lives of people she helps. In addition to presenting cases before the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Tennessee Court of Appeals, she has also practiced pro hac vice in other states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky and North Carolina.

Recognized for her professional merits, Ms. Toll has been peer-review rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell and was honored with the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association’s (TTLA) Trial Lawyer of the Year Award. She serves as the safety director for Goodlettsville Little League and actively participates in community initiatives such as the Goodlettsville Fire Department Kid’s Christmas Program. Furthermore, she is a dedicated board member of the TTLA and a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
