Joining Belmont University in 1997, Ms. Toll obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in political science. Apart from being a part of the James Madison Society and the Alpha Sigma Tau, she also served as the university traffic court judge during this tenure. Subsequently, she completed her law degree from the Nashville School of Law and was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 2006.
A native of Goodlettsville, Ms. Toll has a deep-seated commitment toward helping the victims of personal injury that drives her each day. During her 10-year tenure as a defense litigator, she gained invaluable insights into the defense realm, understanding the strategies employed by insurance companies. She served a large personal injury firm for over four years, sharpening her litigation skills and gaining experience in the field of personal injury.
Establishing her own firm in 2021, Ms. Toll aims to offer high-quality legal services to people with a warm and compassionate approach, giving her an “Excellent” rating on Avvo. She measures success by the impact she is able to make in the lives of people she helps. In addition to presenting cases before the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Tennessee Court of Appeals, she has also practiced pro hac vice in other states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky and North Carolina.
