Gilbert McWherter Scott Bobbitt PLC is a Tennessee law firm that represents property owners, workers and other types of clients in insurance disputes, and special education law. Our main office is in Franklin, near Nashville, and we also have offices in Memphis, Chattanooga and Jackson.

Within our very specific practice areas, we work with a wide variety of cases. In our insurance law practice, we represent property owners in disputes with insurance companies. Our special education practice focuses on fighting for children's rights to receive an education and helping those who have experienced bullying, isolation, neglect or other problems in an educational setting.

Our firm is led by attorneys Jonathan Bobbitt and Justin Gilbert, both have been rated AV Preeminent,* the highest possible rating by the attorney peer review service Martindale-Hubbell.
