Pamela F. Wright

Pamela F. Wright is the owner and a certified elder law attorney at The Wright Law Firm PLLC, located in Jackson, Tennessee. Pam has been certified as an elder law attorney since 1998, by the National Elder Law Foundation. The Foundation is the only national organization accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) to certify practitioners of elder and special needs law. Elder law attorneys specialize in legal issues such as estate planning, planning to address issues associated with chronic illness, aging and special needs, conservatorships and guardianships. 

Her career is marked by a deep commitment to the establishment and delivery of exceptional legal services, which can assist clients in gaining access to health services, dementia care and support for caregivers. Pam is a well-known speaker for both community and professional educational events. 

Before establishing her own practice, Pam served as a public interest attorney, where she was instrumental in advocating for enhanced health care access and support systems for those needing care and their caregivers. Her background gives her a unique understanding and perspective about the ways public programs, such as TennCare and SSI, can contribute to individual and family well-being. 

Ms. Wright is an active member of the Elder Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association, where she has also served as past chair. She is a member of the  National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, staying connected with the latest developments and best practices in elder law.

Additionally, Ms. Wright is a member of the Conservatorship Association of Tennessee, the Edmund Howell Jackson American Inns of Court and the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association. Her professional and compassionate approach to elder law has garnered recognition from several prestigious organizations, including the Tennessee Bar Association and the Southwest Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability.
