Mr. Bingham graduated with his Bachelor of Science from East Tennessee State University in 1974 and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1978. He served for four years as an assistant district attorney in Sullivan Country, Tennessee, before entering private practice in 1984.
Mr. Bingham has 42 years of experience in the legal field, and is admitted to practice law in the state of Tennessee. He is also admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the Supreme Court of the United States.
