Studying law at Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Spivey graduated with honors in 2006, and was admitted to practice in Georgia the same year. He later gained his license to practice in Tennessee in 2012, when he joined the Spivey, King & Spivey, LLP law firm. He also holds a magna cum laude bachelor’s degree in political science (2003) from The University of the South, where he played college baseball.
