Brandon D. Fersten

Within a relatively short period of time, Brandon D. Fersten has made immense strides in his legal community through his pristine, client-centric practice that emphasizes personalized attention, meticulous focus and a relentless work ethic that strives to achieve his clients’ goals. Mr. Fersten completed his undergraduate studies in 2016, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and economics from the University of South Florida. He went on to attend the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law, where his talents were strengthened through his commitment to procuring myriad experiences through his on-campus participation in many organizations, including being a member of the Moot Court Board and serving as mock trial chairman for Phi Alpha Delta.

After receiving his Juris Doctor magna cum laude with a concentration in advocacy and dispute resolution in 2019, Mr. Fersten obtained his license to practice law in Tennessee the same year. Later, he gained admission to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and the Supreme Court of Tennessee.

Mr. Fersten maintains close affiliations with legal organizations such as the National College for DUI Defense, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association. For his many contributions, he has been rated a perfect score of 10.0 on Avvo and was the recipient of the site’s Client’s Choice Award, and he has been included in the Top 40 Under 40 list by the National Trial Lawyers.
