Farrell A. Levy

Farrell A. Levy is a founding member of McDonald, Levy & Taylor, PLLC, situated in Knoxville, Tennessee. With nearly five decades of legal experience, he assists clients with matters related to personal injury, product liability, civil litigation, estate and trust litigation, and aviation litigation.

Mr. Levy graduated from the University of Tennessee with a law degree in 1975. During his time there, he was a member of the prestigious Tennessee Law Review. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, where he was chosen as the most outstanding senior major in marketing.

A fellow of the American Bar Association and Knoxville Bar Association, Mr. Levy is a founding board member of Dream Connection, Inc., an organization that fulfills the dreams of children in East Tennessee with life-threatening illnesses. Moreover, he is a Paul Harris Fellow of the Farragut Rotary Club.

A highly skilled professional, Mr. Levy represents plaintiffs in their cases. His work in a products liability case was reviewed and praised by a National Legal Publication. He wrote an article called "Products Liability — Bystander Recovery in Strict Liability" for the Tennessee Law Review. He also chaired a seminar for the Tennessee Bar Association called "How to Win $1,000,000 Jury Verdicts by Those Who've Done It." 

Mr. Levy is board-certified as a civil trial specialist and as a civil pretrial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the National Trial Board of Civil Pretrial Advocacy, respectively. Additionally, he is rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell and recognized by the Best Lawyers in 2023. He was also included in the list of The National Trial Lawyers – Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
