Farrell A. Levy is a founding member of McDonald, Levy & Taylor, PLLC, situated in Knoxville, Tennessee. Mr. Levy graduated from the University of Tennessee with a law degree in 1975. During his time there, he was a member of the prestigious Tennessee Law Review. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, where he was chosen as the most outstanding senior major in marketing.

A fellow of the American Bar Association and Knoxville Bar Association, Mr. Levy is a founding board member of Dream Connection, Inc., an organization that fulfills the dreams of children in East Tennessee with life-threatening illnesses.
