Joshua Hedrick possesses extensive criminal trial experience with particular focus on homicide cases. He has successfully argued cases before the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court, has defended citizens against federal prosecutions in the Eastern District of Tennessee and in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the Knoxville Bar Association. In 2021, he was inducted into Fellowship of the Knoxville Bar Foundation, made his first appearance in Tennessee Super Lawyers annual peer review, and won the Massey-McGee Trial Advocacy Award from the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has been a member of the Hamilton Burnett American Inn of Court since 2009.
