A proud native of Mississippi, Mr. Graham received his B.B.A. in accountancy from the University of Mississippi in 1978 and holds a CPA license in Mississippi. He earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi Law School in 1980, followed by an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1983.
Since then, Memphis has been his home, where Mr. Graham has actively contributed to the community. He is a past president and current member of the Memphis East Rotary Club and has chaired the board of the North Mississippi Enterprise Initiative, Inc. His volunteer efforts include Junior Achievement, the Memphis Big Brothers Big Sisters program and involvement with the Immanuel Episcopal Center's inter-city youth program. Currently, he leads as chairman of the board for the Rotary-Family Youth Initiative, Inc., established by Rotary International's District 6800, to support socioeconomically disadvantaged youth and families in Shelby County, Tennessee, and North Mississippi.
As a frequent speaker at seminars, Mr. Graham shares his insights on taxation, health care, nonprofit entities, corporate finance and real estate finance. He has also been an adjunct professor at the University of Mississippi and The University of Memphis.
