A. Parker Trotz is a partner at NST Law Injury Attorneys in Memphis, Tennessee, where he brings a sophisticated and high-stakes approach to personal injury litigation. A fifth-generation Memphian, Mr. Trotz has dedicated his career to representing individuals affected by catastrophic events, specifically specializing in motor vehicle accidents and complex truck collisions. His practice is characterized by a relentless pursuit of justice and a proven ability to challenge powerful insurance entities.

Mr. Trotz’s legal acumen is rooted in a stellar academic record. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance, cum laude, from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in 2010. He subsequently attended The Tulane University Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2013. During his tenure at Tulane, his aptitude for complex litigation was recognized with the prestigious CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Product Liability.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Trotz honed his perspective on the judicial process through elite clerkships. He served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Sarah S. Vance of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable T. Jackson Bedford Jr. of the Superior Court of Fulton County. He obtained his license to practice law in Tennessee the same year he graduated from law school, as well as admission to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.

Mr. Trotz has been an active leader within the legal community. He is an influential member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, where he serves on the Executive Committee.
