Licensed to practice in Tennessee and Mississippi, attorney Charles R. Patrick practices law at the Memphis, Tennessee, location of the nationally renowned law firm, Morgan & Morgan. He handles matters that revolve around all aspects of workers’ compensation and personal injury law. His experience as a former insurance defense attorney allows him to advocate for injured workers.
With a genuine drive to do what is suitable for his clients, Mr. Patrick strives to assist injured individuals in obtaining the financial support they need to get their lives back on track. Mr. Patrick remains an active member of several organizations, including the Tennessee Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar’s Gaming Law Section and Workers’ Compensation Law Section, the Memphis Bar Association, the Hemp Industries Association and the Federal Bar Association. He regularly argues before the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
Upon completing his bachelor’s degree at Rhodes College in 2003, Mr. Patrick went to The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, College of Law to receive his Juris Doctor in 2006. He was part of the Phi Alpha Delta honor society. While in law school, he worked as a law clerk for a local chancery court judge and as a graduate assistant for a constitutional law scholar. Besides attending and conducting seminars on Tennessee and Mississippi workers’ compensation law, he volunteers his time to Memphis Area Legal Services, a nonprofit that serves underrepresented communities.
