David E. Gordon

David E. Gordon is a board-certified personal injury attorney in Memphis, Tennessee. A practicing attorney for more than 39 years, he is the founder of The Law Office of David E. Gordon. He handles personal injury matters involving car accidents, catastrophic injury, premises liability, truck accidents, wrongful death and other issues. He serves clients in the Memphis, Tennessee, metropolitan area and in DeSoto County, Mississippi.

After graduating from Tufts University with his bachelor’s degree, Mr. Gordon earned his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School. Prior to founding his personal injury firm, he spent over a decade practicing as an insurance defense attorney with a private Memphis-based law firm. This experience allowed him to gain insight into how insurance companies approach injury cases – insight he now draws upon when developing strategies to help injury victims.

Also before opening his own law office, Mr. Gordon spent time working for the Home School Legal Defense Association in Virginia as a constitutional attorney. He is qualified to appear before all Tennessee state courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th, 6th, and 9th Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
