Jeffrey S. Rosenblum is a partner with the Memphis, Tennessee, litigation firm Rosenblum & Reisman, P.C. An aggressive and thorough trial lawyer who focuses his practice on wrongful death, civil rights law, medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases, Mr. Rosenblum serves clients in Memphis and throughout the state.

Mr. Rosenblum has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials, and he has obtained several multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients, including a recent $8.5 million verdict in a medical malpractice case. He is one of only three attorneys in the Memphis area to belong to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a select group of lawyers who have obtained multiple verdicts and settlements in excess of $2 million.

Before founding his present firm, Mr. Rosenblum held a judicial clerkship for a prominent federal judge, the Honorable Robert McRae. He practiced with a large Dallas, Texas, law firm before returning to Tennessee in 1993 to focus on catastrophic injury and individual rights law.

Mr. Rosenblum is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Texas. He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Association, the Tennessee Trial Association for Justice, the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has been named one of Tennessee’s Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association every year since 2010.

A frequent speaker on personal injury and civil rights law, Mr. Rosenblum makes regular appearances as a legal authority in local news media. He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and obtained his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
