Joseph A. McClusky

Attorney Joseph A. McClusky is a partner at The Law Office of Massey McClusky McClusky & Fuchs in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. McClusky has over a decade of legal experience and represents clients throughout the Memphis and Jackson metropolitan areas. He concentrates his practice on criminal defense, handling cases involving DUI/DWI, domestic violence, drug violations, federal crimes, sex offenses, violent crimes, white collar crimes and other misdemeanors and serious felonies.

Over the course of his career, Mr. McClusky has defended the rights of Tennessee residents in numerous major criminal cases. He is a dedicated advocate who fights hard to protect the rights of his clients and guide them through the legal process.

Mr. McClusky knows that each case is different, and each client deserves a personalized approach. He uses his many years of knowledge and experience to advocate for the best possible outcome in each case so his clients can move forward with their lives.

In addition to his criminal defense practice, Mr. McClusky stays involved in his legal community. He is an associate instructor at the Tennessee Criminal Defense College and a recipient of the Massey McGee Trial Advocacy Award. He is also an active member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

In 2005, Mr. McClusky earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis. He went on to receive his law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2008. Following law school, he passed the Tennessee bar examination and received his license to practice law. He is qualified to appear before all Tennessee state courts.
